Personal data and communication
The room where you go has Wi-Fi provided via Ucopia by the Oceanographic Museum. After logging in, you can see the data that the Oceanographic Museum has on you. The data collected ( Name, First name, Email address, Postal code) are kept for a maximum of 3 years, if during this time the account has not been used, the data will be deleted.
The Oceanographic Museum collects personal information when you use Wi-Fi, as well as information about the device you are using and how you use Wi-Fi.
If you have given your consent by checking the “accept communications” button, the data you provide may be used by the Oceanographic Museum in order to be able to send you communications (marketing messages or informative messages about the operation of the museum).
You have the right to consult and request copies of the personal data that The Oceanographic Museum holds about you. You may request to rectify inaccuracies and missing information in the personal data held about you.
You may object to The Oceanographic Museum processing your personal data and you may request that The Oceanographic Museum stop processing them.
You thus have the right to have your personal data erased when the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were originally collected/processed, unless The Oceanographic Museum unless there are legitimate reasons or legal obligations relating to the storage of your personal data.
